History
Established and incorporated in 1994, Urban Electric, Inc. started in the Commercial and Residential Electrical Contracting and Service Industry in the Greater Orlando area.

Urban Electric was purchased by its current ownership in 2001 and a new strategy and market direction was subsequently developed for the company. Throughout the last eight years we have assembled a strong team of professionals with extensive experience on industrial and commercial projects. We expanded our market to cover projects across the United States and shifted our focus to commercial, airport, industrial and federal projects, including engineering and construction (design/build) services.

Urban Electric, Inc. seeks to continue to develop and enhance its reputation as a quality engineering and construction organization with a record of delivering cost effective solutions in a timely manner.

Our principal has over 35 years of successful industrial and commercial engineering design and construction experience for projects, worldwide. His background includes CEO for five years of a large privately held west coast environmental, construction, product sales and Real Estate Development Company. He also served as a leading executive for six and a half years for a large NYSE listed environmental contractor with worldwide construction and remediation projects. In addition, he served in senior project and company management positions for over fourteen years with a world class global engineering and construction organization.

Urban Electric, Inc. has assembled a strong, experienced team of Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents to plan and execute our projects. Their collective experience includes the construction of power plants, refineries, chemical plants, airports, large scale commercial projects and multi-Billion dollar environmental remediation projects for the federal government. However, we supplement our project management team with project appropriate VIRTUAL TEAM MEMBERS including consultants, designers, engineers, specialty contractors, vendors as dictated by the project deliverables and Client specified objectives.

We accomplish this by fostering a safety and quality focused culture that extends from our project managers to our field craftsmen and team vendors and subcontractors.
